Looking for a simple and oh so delish meal that reheats well? This will be a go to for sure!!!
What do you need:
1 Spaghetti squash
2 Cups of Organic 4 Cheese Italian Blend
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
4 Cloves of fresh garlic
3-4 C of Organic Heavy Whipping Cream (depends on how deep your squash is)
Himalayan Pink Salt (to taste)
1 TBSP of fresh Thyme
1 TBSP of fresh chives
Preheat the oven to Bake at 450 degrees. Next, cut the squash in half and scrape out the seeds. Next fill a Pyrex 8.5 x 11 baking dish with and inch of cold water. Place squash facing up (pictured below). Next fill the squash cavity with the four cheese blend and top with some parm. In a small bowl add heavy cream and the microplaned garlic with salt to taste. Mix gently and pour the cream mixture into the squash over the cheese. Fill just below the top.
Place the squash into the oven and bake at 450 for 40 minutes for al' dente squash and add 3-5 more minutes if you like your squash less firm. Garnish with fresh thyme and chives.
